Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using EventBooth, you agree to these terms. If you are using it on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

2. The service

EventBooth lets hosts create branded photobooths for their events and lets guests take and receive photos. We may update or change features over time.

3. Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for your account and for the content posted through your booths. Do not use EventBooth to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, to harass others, or to send messages to people who have not consented to receive them.

4. Content, photos & likeness

Hosts retain ownership of their booth branding and content. Guests retain rights to their photos and grant the host and EventBooth a limited license to store and deliver those photos as part of the service.

By taking a photo or video at a booth, a guest agrees that it may appear in that event's shared gallery and be delivered to the host and to guests who opt in. If you appear in a capture and want it removed, you can remove it yourself from the gallery, or contact the host or us at hello@eventbooth.app. Hosts are responsible for making their guests aware that photos are being taken and shared, and for obtaining any permissions their event or jurisdiction requires (for example, for minors).

5. Payments & refunds

EventBooth is sold per event as a one-time purchase (not a subscription), processed securely through Stripe. Building a booth is free; you pay once when you're ready to send it to your guests. In short, a full refund is available up to 7 days before your event — see our Refund Policy for the details.

6. Termination

You may stop using EventBooth at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimers & liability

EventBooth is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Text messaging (SMS) terms

Program. EventBooth sends text messages to guests and hosts who provide their mobile number — including your event photos, invitations and RSVPs, event updates and new-frame alerts, and thank-you messages sent by your host.

Consent. You opt in by entering your mobile number on an EventBooth photo, invite, or sign-up screen. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your event and how you interact with the booth.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opt out & help. Reply STOPto any message to unsubscribe; you'll receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@eventbooth.app.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes; see our Privacy Policy.
