Refund Policy
EventBooth is a service operated by Fonseca Enterprises LLC. Last updated September 2026.
Full refund up to 7 days before your event
EventBooth is sold per event. If you cancel 7 or more days before your event date, we'll refund your purchase in full — just email us at hello@eventbooth.app from the address on your account.
Within 7 days of your event
Inside the 7 days before your event, purchases are non-refundable — by then we've set aside the service for your date. If something goes wrong on our end and the booth doesn't work at your event, contact us and we'll make it right, up to a full refund.
Changing your date
Plans change. If you need to move your event, reach out and we'll help you reschedule your booth at no extra charge rather than cancel.
Free plan
Building a booth is free — there's nothing to refund until you purchase an event.
How to request a refund
Email hello@eventbooth.app with your event name and the email on your account. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
